Payment:
Pre-Payment confirms your booking. Work commences upon receipt of the specified information required.

Options:
Pay by cash, direct debit or credit card - (Visa, Bankcard, MasterCard).

Time:
A professional resume is the result of a considered process that takes time to achieve outstanding results. We endeavour to process your booking as soon as possible. Times vary based on the number of clients have booked prior to you.

Resumes - 1st draft - approximately 5 working days from receipt of payment. Final draft is based on the speed of your responses.

If you have an urgent application - please contact via phone to confirm if the work can be completed within your deadline. There is an extra charge of $50.00AU for any urgent work.

Selection Criteria Response - The completion time for selection criteria responses can vary considerably with each application therefore a timeframe is negotiated by phone or email discussion.

Process:
Once payment is received, the booking is confirmed and we contact you via email or phone. In addition, we email, fax or mail a copy of a question form for you to complete or book an appointment to discuss details by phone. We also request that you forward to us a copy of an old resume if you have one.

Upon receiving the completed form, your booking is registered; work on your first draft is commenced as soon as possible, and then conveyed to you for review. You are requested to return it with any amendments as soon as you are able and then a final copy will be issued to you via your preferred method. Please ensure you identify ALL changes now, prior to the final copy being issued as new charges (minimum of $45) will apply for any amendment after the final copy has been issued to you.

If you are not completely happy with your work - please notify us within 1 week of receiving your document and we will re-write it for you.
